Greg Davis served as deputy mayor and chair of finance and personnel for the City of Campbellton from 2008 until he was elected to the Legislative Assembly in the September 27, 2010 provincial election. A Progressive Conservative member, he represents the constituency of Campbellton-Restigouche-Centre.
He was named Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Economic Development, responsible for northern development and rural affairs November 5, 2010.
He is vice-chair of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts and he is a member of the Standing Committee on Estimates and the Select Committee on Point Lepreau.
Mr. Davis also served as president of the Campbellton Regional Chamber of Commerce and worked as a residential and commercial realtor.
He has volunteered with numerous organizations, including the Restigouche Community Volunteer Action Association, Campbellton Regional SnoFest, Canadian Cancer Society, Campbellton Salmon Festival and Shriner’s North Shore Transportation Fund.
Mr. Davis graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in 1987.
